What a fantastic weekend :) I cannot believe it is already over! I had a blast and was able to do quite a bit! Oh how I love long weekends! Seeing the fireworks was definitely a huge highlight to the weekend!
Sunday was Amazing! My sweet boy and I went to lay-out and to a nice dinner, then we met up with my mom and some of her friends to drink wine and watch the fireworks in Southlake! They were not a good as years past, but overall a great night! It’s always fun catching up with my mom’s friends :) never a dull moment lol!
I tried a Malbec for the first time, and really liked it! I love a good glass of wine and really enjoy trying and finding new wines!
Today was the best! I was not as productive with some of the things I wanted to (a.k.a. studying for my TExES Test), but I did help my mom clean and organize her garage :)
I love mother daughter time… even if it was cleaning out the garage in 100+ heat!!!

Annnnddddd for the best part of the entire weekend!!! Dinner, Frozen Yogurt and Fireworks with my baby!
Tonight we went to Freebirds for dinner! Sooo good :)

Here’s a question to ponder… How is it that no matter where you are sitting in relation to where fireworks are being shot off they always look like they are coming toward you (and only you)?
